PENGARUH MUSIK GEREJA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN IMAN KAUM MUDA DI GEREJA GKPI KALVARI PATAL, KECAMATAN LUMBIS KABUPATEN NUNUKAN, PROVINSI KALIMANTAN UTARA

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of church music on the faith of the young people of GKPI Kalvari Patal, Lumbis District, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Researchers used quantitative methods with in-depth interviews with young people involved in church services to determine the extent of the influence of church music on their growth in faith and participation in church activities. Researchers found that church music is not only a means of worship, but also contributes to shaping the growth of faith. Youth experience a supportive and uplifting spiritual atmosphere through church music, creating a sense of serenity, joy, and calm. Analysis of interview data shows a deep understanding of spiritual values, deepened religious knowledge, and motivation to seek a good direction in life through the positive influence of church music
